“Gemeinsam Veränderung in Schule bewirken.” Das ist die Mission von der beWirken gGmbH unter der Leitung von Björn Adam.
“Die grundlegenden Strukturen unseres aktuellen Schulsystems stammen aus vergangenen Zeiten, in denen militärischer Gehorsam, ökonomische Verwertbarkeit und wirtschaftliches Wachstum an oberster Stelle standen.
Das wird den Ansprüchen und Herausforderungen unserer modernen Gesellschaft an Bildung nicht mehr gerecht und widerspricht allen aktuellen Erkenntnissen der Lern- und Entwicklungsforschung.
Stattdessen brauchen wir eine Bildung, die jungen Menschen die Möglichkeit gibt, Kompetenzen zu entwickeln und die einen Fokus auf Selbstwirksamkeit, Kooperation sowie Lösungskompetenz legt. Dabei geht es auch und vor allem um Meta-Kompetenzen wie die Fähigkeit zu Lernen, Haltung, persönliche Resilienz und die Möglichkeit, auf immer neue Herausforderungen reagieren zu können.” (https://bewirken.org/mission-ueber-uns/)
