What’s the importance of nonverbal communication in education and classroom management?

Research shows that over 80% of communication is non-verbal. MGA offers online and offline courses focusing on how to systematically and effectively use eye contact, voice patterns and body language.

This establishes an educational environment that nourishes positive relationships, which leads to increased student achievement.

The skills offered in our trainings positively influence the single most powerful leverage point in education: the teacher-student relationship.

Expected outcomes include fewer disciplinary incidents, improved student attendance, higher student grades, higher staff morale, and a lower level of staff burn-out.

Teachers who utilize the full range of nonverbal management skills are able to reinforce consistent and fair parameters while preserving their relationships with each student, regardless of unique learning styles or cultural backgrounds.

Beyond Creativity

In an A.I.-driven world, where technology often seems to outpace human creativity, what role do we play? Welcome to Beyond Creativity—the podcast that explores what it really means to stay creative, adapt, and keep the human element alive in a time dominated by machines.

I’m Christian Kressmann, actor, NLP coach, and yes, I actually hold a PhD in Creativity (it sounds pretty impressive, though it doesn’t always feel that way). My mission? To combine theory and practice and bring back the human factor in this rapidly evolving, tech-heavy world. Because, let’s face it—none of us have it all figured out, and that’s exactly what makes the creative journey worth exploring.

Each week, I sit down with filmmakers, actors, entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives of all kinds to dive into their stories, challenges, and sometimes unexpected triumphs. Whether we’re talking about overcoming creative blocks, leading on set, or navigating the twists and turns of building something new, you’ll find that creativity is more than just making art—it’s about how we think, adapt, and grow in a world that’s constantly shifting.

And it’s not just about them. In solo episodes, I’ll share my own journey—the highs, the lows, and the “what was I thinking?” moments. Expect a blend of profound insights, practical advice, and a healthy dose of self-irony because, honestly, none of us have all the answers—and that’s perfectly fine.

What to Expect:

  • Engaging conversations with actors, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and leaders
  • Personal stories and reflections on navigating the creative process
  • Practical advice on how to stay human in an A.I.-driven world
  • A blend of inspiration, professionalism, and light humor (because creativity is serious, but we don’t have to be all the time)

So, if you’re an actor, a filmmaker, a leader, or someone just looking to unlock your creative potential, join me on Beyond Creativity. Together, we’ll explore what it means to thrive—and laugh—our way through the creative process in today’s world.
