It's finally February. The longest January in existence is finally over! Hope is on the horizon… that was until a rodent in Pennsylvania called Punxsutawney Phil predicted earlier today that we're in for another six weeks of chilly winter. Cheers Phil. That's right folks, it's Groundhog Day.
