Hello and welcome back to another episode of the Tech for Good Live podcast. It’s a podcast all about using technology to make a positive social impact, or how more often than not, it’s making a negative impact.

Chat GPT and Google have made some improvements to accessibility – so now even more people can plagiarize stuff. Google has introduced some new AI updates to the way search works. And finally, we’ll be looking into a study that says that Grannies are the answer to mental health issues.

Good story of the week:

ChatGPT and Google went head to head with their AI updates. And that seems to be good news for accessibility…not that they realised it though:

Bad news story of the week:

At Google I/O last week Google introduced a ton of AI including updates to search. Is this a death knell for the internet or an evolution in the way the internet work?
