How to use the optimize and repair in WordPress

First paste this into your wp-config.php:

define( 'WP_ALLOW_REPAIR', true );

Then go to /wp-admin/maint/repair.php on your website and follow the onscreen instructions. Don't forget to remove that line when you are done!
