Dr. Jenelle Kim is a master herbologist and the custodian of East Asian herbal formulations passed down directly within her family line for many generations. Jenelle is the first female in her lineage to hold the treasury of her family’s formulas and the first to share them on such a large scale. As the American-born daughter of a Korean father and an American mother, Jenelle learned from an early age the power behind the centuries-old medicine and principles passed down from her ancestors—the same principles that have allowed her to live a life of meaning and purpose.

 

In order to preserve the medical history of her family and to further her love of medicine and her understanding of the human mind and body, Jenelle received her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Jenelle is the Founder and Lead Formulator of JBK Wellness Labs—a leader in cosmetic product formulation and design using traditional East Asian herbs and medicines—and creator of the world’s first CBD luxury skincare line. Merging ancient traditions with forward-thinking trends, JBK Wellness Labs intends to be ahead of the curve when it comes to self-care but in no rush just the same.
