Meet the Hosts
C.J. Golden, has been a speech pathologist, an actor and the author of TAO OF THE DEFIANT WOMAN and TAO-GIRLS RULE! She followed up these books by becoming a motivational speaker who inspires all with her unique “Tao and defiant” spirit. Bringing the ancient philosophy of the Tao to our modern-day culture, she helps women and girls travel an easier path through life as they find confidence, balance and boldness in a world of challenges.
Her latest book, “One Pedal at a Time” shares her adventure as caregiver to her husband after his cancer diagnosis and subsequent strokes.
