After starting her career in New York City — following studies at New York University — Hailey Feldman’s professional life eventually brought her to southern Florida. And that move led her to Mixed Digital, where she now serves as its Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Brand. She thrives on launching new ventures — which integrates well into the agency’s expanding programming strategy — and specializes in market research focused on branding and strategic positioning.

Feldman’s skill set includes brand creation; market research and reporting; audience identification, segmentation, and behavior monitoring; building and maintaining genuine and trusting relationships; and leadership and mentorship.

Her background as an educator in the New York City school system meshes well with the Mixed Digital’s commitment to providing educational marketing services to independent schools. Feldman’s teaching career came during and after her graduate studies. It was also a period during which she volunteered at the School of American Ballet as part of its First Position program. This experience — supporting the work of a top-flight arts organization — laid the foundation for her becoming a key member of Mixed Digital’s new departments and programming and brand development teams.

After teaching, the Gowan Group — an independent education consulting firm — recruited her to build the company’s new digital marketing section. This included concentrating on branding, local SEO, and social media. During this timeframe, Feldman also became the Executive Director of Equine Emergency Rescue & Relief, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing the stealing and killing of horses in Florida. It acts not only as a public education organization, but also helps horse owners in distress — due to natural disasters, accidents, barn fires, and other incidents — that could put horses in harm’s way.

Eventually, Feldman took the entrepreneurial plunge and founded a startup, Equestrian Marketing. It specialized in providing premium marketing services to the equestrian sports industry. Her company was eventually acquired by Mixed Digital, a marketing and branding agency headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, that tapped Feldman to become its Chief Marketing and Brand Officer for three branches it was launching in Tampa, West Palm Beach, and Miami.

Her diverse background in education, marketing, and nonprofit management makes her a perfect fit for handling the new development needs of Mixed Digital. She brings an understanding of both public relations and brand development that furthers the growth of Mixed Digital as a major marketing institution for Florida.
