Sarah is the Digital Marketing Manager for First Factory, a nearshore software development company based out of NYC with its development operations in Costa Rica. She has close to a decade of experience in the digital marketing space since shifting away from her previous pursuits in journalism.
Sarah began with creating social media content calendars for local businesses, which soon evolved into a B2C brand position with a global pet product company. The shift from her B2C social media and email marketing campaign work brought her to consulting and Director-related work for B2B agencies — which coincided with Sarah’s newest role as mother to three children.
With an extensive background in building brands through digital marketing channels, Sarah has helped her team at First Factory craft a successful strategy in the B2B software development industry. These growth-proven initiatives have also been implemented in the recruitment marketing area of First Factory, translating to a significant boost in application traffic, applicant quality and brand awareness.
