She survived depression and trauma as a child, the youngest of 8 children who were all sent to foster homes, then reunited in a very caustic living environment, not seeing her biological mother until she was twelve years old.

Humor saved her life and gave Bee a fresh start.

In 2005 Bee moved to Germany with her husband and began teaching Business English. However, something was missing. She realized that her clients wanted to learn more about how to be strategic in pivotal conversations. They wanted to understand more about their speaking partner, so Bee began looking for methods and reading everything she could about how we process information.

Bee received her intercultural communication certification to add that dynamic to the understanding of our basic filters due to culture. People are complicated, but we can learn how to listen and speak to one another.
