Mark Mawhinney is snarky, has beliefs that many don't believe with, and mouthy. As a person on the path, I shouldn't agree with him at all. But I do. In fact, I like him. I appreciate him. And when it comes to my thoughts about coaching. I agree with him. If you listen between the jokes, the metaphors, the critiques you can see a person who unapologetically stands for something.

Who is telling you that you don't have to follow the leader or put on a persona to be a success. Listen for the tips he has on not people-pleasing, how to deal with haters, and how what I call Chuck E. Cheese coaches will need to step up their game in the next year. It sounds like a soveign, self-assured, relaxed, present, proud and grateful person to me. Not too for off from being "a person on the path" like me!

And at the expense of completely revealing his differentiation strategy of poking people, if you listen to his podcast. He's happy. He's healthy. He's doing what he wants to do. And he's helping people get to where they want to go...in joy. Check your judgment goggles at the door and abandon hope for all ye who enter here. This one is a blast.
