OK, you've got your Producer! After many pain staking hours and conversations you narrowed it down to the one you want to work with.
BEFORE you even get STARTED on the project, you NEED to agree on terms. When does the project start? When is it due? Who is doing what parts? Is the Producer helping out with Full Production or what? What is NOT included in the agreement? What are the timelines and deadlines? Who is being paid what and when?
These are all questions you need to ask and make sure you and your Producer agree upon or else it's going to be a bad time for everyone involved.
