This week I spoke at the URM Summit to 200 people, discussing the tactics and mindset I used to build up McLucas Media and get my first full-time employee. This is a pre-event discussion with Steven and Michelle, where we talk about ways to rework the messaging within my speech to make it incredibly valuable for the audience.
