Korrine explains building systems over 10+ years, launching Travel Biz Boss in 2018 and Cruise Business Blueprint in 2024, and how adopting TravelJoy plus a part-time VA helped double revenue by reducing repetitive tasks. She discusses niching into cruises after burnout from broader luxury/FIT work, using numbers and intuition to guide the shift, and marketing cruises by focused messaging and clear value beyond booking.
