Paul started the community in 1996 before the era of social media, so he shares how he has been able to do that with a website and email list (hint: creating a community).
You started your business to take control of your life and career, not be controlled by a business that’s struggling to grow.
You’ve tried it all. You’ve started an email list, sent out some newsletters, posted on social media, and attempted to create a community. But when you show up, you can’t help but hear *crickets chirping* from the people you want to work with.
You probably think you have to work harder. But here’s the thing, working more hours is not the solution. Implementing strategies and better allocating your time to things that do work in your business is how you reach your goals and create the lifestyle you want.

She started in business in network marketing in 2016. Needing an outlet to feel fulfilled after her mom passed away from a nearly 17 year battle with breast cancer in 2015, she quickly found that she was obsessed with helping other women also grow their businesses, and her coaching business very organically grew from her success in her own business and helping others on her team. She started this podcast in 2020 to share not only her own business advice and tips as she's on the journey herself, but also to interview other motivational women to share with YOU ! Additionally, she has always loved Disney, and one of the things she does “on the side” is work as a Disney travel agent. So, it was very natural for her to add her Disney-inspired branding into her business coaching, and the rest is history!
