Summary:
“Health and well-being are best regarded as skills.” – Professor Richard Davidson
Cindy Wright discovered her love for physical activity at a young age after the death of her father and her brother’s move to university. As the Wellbeing Director for Gettysburg College, Cindy’s love for movement inspired her passion for supporting others to have healthy, meaningful and long-lasting lives.
In this episode of The Unfolding, I speak with Cindy Wright the Well-being Director for Gettysburg College. Cindy and I speak about:
- the notion of wellbeing as a skill,
- the tools to support your wellbeing
- and the importance of articulating your life’s mission statement.
