There are so many different modes and methods to training. Whether you want to increase performance such as for a sport, get stronger like for powerlifting or strongman, build you body aka bodybuilding, or anything in between, there is a technique out there that can help you out that varies even if just slightly.
In this episode, Alex Kelley joins me and shares his experience training for football in high school and college and his experience as a college athlete as well as how and why he got back into fitness after football and why he chose to train and compete in strongman.
He has had success early in his career and plans to continue training more specific to strongman and hopes to be among the best.
