Personal training has the potential to offer immense benefits to someone’s life including helping someone with obesity, diabetes, heart disease, mental health, confidence and happiness, social health, emotional health and a lot more. The responsibility of a personal trainer to juggle physical and mental aspects of health are often times more than most are trained for and increasing the education of all trainers would only benefit everyone involved. The amount of misinformation on social media has become a real problem so following the right people with science backed information will be extremely helpful to someone who wants to stay safe and achieve their goals.
