Ryan Hinton of Legacy Physiques joins The Weight Room Podcast. Ryan has been in the sport of bodybuilding for about a decade. He has a background as an athlete and has lifted weights since middle school. Shortly after his entrance into the sport, he realized he had potential to both compete and to coach. He began coaching competitors and since has coached nearly 90 IFBB Pros and 9 Olympians.
