In this podcast, I give insider tips on what it is like to attend a Dr. Joe Dispenza Advanced retreat. There is so much to share.

So excited, The Manifesting Guide waitlist is open. Please join so you get extra special bonuses.

I have created a checklist for highly sensitive people listed below.

  1. Before the retreat, familiarize yourself with Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings and meditations, and hold no expectations for the event.
  2. Create a calming environment that feels like home: Bring items that make you feel safe and comfortable, such as a favorite blanket or cushion, and consider wearing comfortable stretchy clothing.
  3. Practice self-care: Be sure to prioritize YOUR self-care throughout the retreat, including getting enough sleep, eating nourishing foods, and taking breaks when you need them. You are sensitive and must tune into what you need. Don't let anyone pressure you, saying, "Don't miss a thing; stick with it."
  4. Communicate with the facilitators: Let the retreat facilitators know you are highly sensitive and ask for what you need, like sitting in the back of the room or using headphones to tune out extraneous noises.
  5. Manage your energy: Pay attention to your energy levels and take steps to manage your energy throughout the retreat, such as taking breaks, meditating, or spending time alone when needed.
  6. Be mindful of your emotions: Compassionate individuals may experience other people's energy during the retreat. Practice mindfulness and self-compassion to navigate any difficult emotions that arise and check to see if it is yours or someone else's energy you picked up.
  7. Connect with others of kind: Seek out like-minded sensitive individuals who can offer support and share your experiences during the retreat.
  8. Set boundaries: Be clear about your boundaries and take steps to communicate them to others, especially if you need space or alone time.
  9. Trust yourself and have faith in your ability to navigate the retreat as an empathetic individual.
  10. Practice self-appreciation: Finally, encourage yourself throughout the retreat for the opportunity to learn and grow and for the support and guidance of those around you.
