Dr. Phil Campbell, known to his students and staff as PC, is a 16-year educator with a passion for loving kids and motivating educators. His goal is to assist schools in becoming the best learning environment they can possibly be for students to learn and for teachers to teach. His philosophy to accomplish this is simple: put relationships first, genuinely love and protect one another, and create a sense of family within your school setting. With educational experience as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and principal, PC understands how to overcome obstacles to win for today’s youth and educators

The Story Of You Podcast is hosted by educators Mark Brown and Paul Dols.
Mark Brown is an Assistant Principal at Newberg High School in Oregon where his primary responsibilities include focusing on school Climate & Culture. In addition to teaching and administration, Mark enjoys coaching Basketball. Mark is an advocate for Mental Health Awareness and spreads his message Choose To Be You to encourage students, educators, and all individuals to live life as the best version of themselves.
Paul Dols is the Climate & Culture Coordinator at Monrovia High School in Southern California. His responsibilities include being Activities Director, Renaissance Coordinator and Link Crew Coordinator. A classroom teacher for 25 years, his passion and goal is to create a school that every student and staff ulty member calls home and no one wants to leave. Paul believes that education is the most noble of professions and provides the opportunity to “Sow the Seeds”each and every day.
