Author, speaker, success coach, trainer, Naval officer, entrepreneur… Where did it begin? Imagine being the 9th child in a family of 13, being raised by a single mother in Chicago. Having six sisters and six brothers each trying to figure out where they fit in, how to be heard, and how to get their needs met.

Dee Woolridge is a retired Naval officer with a total of 32 years of service – both active duty and Reserve. In her public affairs community, she assisted countless service members, communities, families and civic organizations. She worked on outreach projects such as Habitat for Humanity and The Boys and Girls Club of America. She also served on the communication integration team for Afghanistan and Iraq. Growing and promoted through the ranks, she led Sailors at the command level and mentored and trained many more throughout her years in the U.S. Navy.

I have worked in the field of mental health, personal development and trauma for over 15 years, I am a passionate social entrepreneur, somatic psychotherapist and change maker.

I am also the Founder and President of Enveco Health– a social enterprise that will assist those living with mental health conditions regain wellness, retain employment and be supported in their personal recovery.

In November 2000 I lost my Father to suicide, that tragedy was the catalyst that set me on a path of self discovery and mastery, it is the reason why I became a trauma therapist and the Founder of Enveco Health. I am a staunch advocate for change in the mental health sector and believer that all people have a right to be treated with kindness, dignity and care when facing some of life's toughest challenges.

Having been involved with numerous holistic and innovative projects, I have a natural strength for creating new ways of doing things and helping others ignite their own inner spark to achieve their goals.

I'm a passionate and engaging speaker, coach and mentor and was awarded as highly commended in the 2016 Victorian Premier’s Volunteer Champions Awards for Change Maker and 2017 Soar Collective Business Woman of the Year and winner of the 2017 Emerging Not for Profit Business of the Year.
