Prerona is a Leadership & Business Coach and has worked with businesses in North America, India and South East Asia for over 15 years. She is a Physics Hons graduate with a Masters in Computer Applications and Masters in Business Administration. She works with some big names like TCS, L&T, etc. 

Prerona founded Inspire Excellence to influence Performance, whether in Business or Individuals, vide influencing People, Perception and Process. She has enabled many large enterprises and business owners with her performance coaching sessions and also helped them to set up processes to deliver results. She is a Leadership Expert and is certified by Dr. John C Maxwell to bring his resources to the world. She is also a certified Behaviour Analyst and Global Career Counsellor from UCLA. 

Prerona has been a regular speaker on various Leadership & Business forums and speaks on Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Mindset. She is a voracious reader and believes reading is life skill that needs to be inculcated for better living. Prerona co-founded Bibliophiles Buffet to promote the culture of reading and has over 1000 members in it. In 2005 Prerona met with a severe accident and had 82% burns but her sheer grit and perseverance makes her who she is today. Prerona as the name suggests is the embodiment of Inspiration.

In 2019 she was conferred the Title ‘Shakti’ (Women Power) with 25 other women in Kolkata, for their work as changemakers. Her life mantra, “Accidents are commas to stop and rethink how we can relive life and do things more meaningfully”.
