From the sublime to the ridiculous... the TriPOD's Special Guest is Alan Robson- UK North East radio icon who started his long and illustrious radio career with Metro Radio in Gateshead in 1976.

He started presenting a show called ‘Night Owls’ in 1983, which ran for over 40 years on Metro Radio and aired for the final time in April this year on Greatest Hits Radio North East.
