James is an experienced Software & Analytics Engineering Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Agile Delivery, Requirements Analysis, Testing, Technical Project Leadership and Application Architecture. Strong software delivery professional with a Master of Engineering (MEng) focused in Computer Software Engineering from The University of Sheffield.

For over 30 years McLaren Applied have led the digital transformation of motorsport through electronics and data systems, and now also develop innovative technologies that drive positive, sustainable change in automotive, transport, and beyond.
