In this session, we will be joined by Iggy Moliver, Managing Partner, Product & Strategy at Remedy Product Studio, who has advised many companies on when and how to start expanding their presence offshore.
The session will start out with an exploration of the pro's and con's of building your team internally vs outsourcing, the differences between various outsourcing models and the impacts these decisions could have on the structures of your teams.
As always, we will encourage participants to share their own lessons learned in this area and deep dive into where they are today in the process to expand this conversation.
