While we’re in this very unusual and intense time, I’m going to be recording some solo episodes to share the tools that are helping me cope with what’s happening.

In the first of these, I share my number one practice which is helping me to reframe things and (mostly!) not slide into panic and fear. 

To accompany these corona-inspired episodes, I’m starting a weekly group coaching programme via Zoom that is free for anyone to join. It starts Monday 23rd March at 7.00pm UK time.
