Amidst all the advice on diet and exercise, we tend to overlook the role that daily doses of joy play in our health and wellbeing.
That's why I'm delighted to chat to my friend and mentor Gillian Elizabeth. We talk about easy, low-cost and practical ways that we can inject a bit more joy and fun into our daily lives.
Gillian has led a very colourful life...and she considers all the ups and downs as work in progress towards her "PhD in life experiences". She combines this with her nursing, grief and loss counselling, coaching, mentoring, art therapy, reiki and celebrant qualifications.
Gillian has developed her business Emotional Prospects to offer personal development for children, men and families in a very creative way - either on a one-to-one basis, in a family group or in the workplace.
