During this unprecedented time when we are enduring a global pandemic, we thought it would be apt to speak to a clinical psychologist. On this episode of Why People Do What They Do, we speak to Ms Saralla (Sara) Chettiar who shares with us how her curiosity towards the workings of the mind drew her to a career in clinical psychology.

On top of that, she has always been intrigued with the ways in which people cope in different situations, which has resulted in her writing a psychological resilience treatment manual that is now being tested and will be published soon. Watch and listen to this conversation as we find out from Ms Sara the different coping methods that we can subscribe to in order to protect and maintain our mental health.
