Jasmin Parkin is a multi-instrumentalist and part of the Canadian rock band Mother Mother. She’s also a Yogi and co-owner of North Yoga in Squamish. This was another wonderful conversation from my early pandemic "Live From My Bachelor Pad" live stream series.
