6 Wins: Delegate Responsibility To Create Maturity

On this episode we will be looking at Win #5: Delegate responsibility to create maturity. We will be sitting down and talking again with Alex Rodrigez, the National Training Director for Chi Alpha Campus Ministries and the creator of the 6 wins of a small group teaching.

Then we will talk with Ty Cannaday, a small group leader at Radford University and hear an incredible story about what can happen when you really challenge your small group people to take up responsibility in order for them to become creators in the kingdom of God and not just consumers.
