During her earlier 16 years at Accenture she was a Global Leadership Experience Architect where she provided executive coaching, coaching supervision and action learning to all levels, including Managing Directors.
Her work there was considered cutting edge and won a number of external awards for Accenture, including Brandon Hall Excellence Award, Best in Coaching and Mentoring for its impact on individuals' leadership and relationship building.
She has recently released her latest book:

This practical guide explains how to make the most of mentor coaching for yourself as a coach; and how to become a mentor coach to other coaches.

Whilst at Accenture she provided subject matter expertise for managers as coach training, shifting their culture from command and control, to using more of a coach-approach to leadership. Indeed, Clare set up and provided thought leadership for coaching community of practice. 650+ people joined in the first week, suggesting the appetite for a coach-approach to leadership is high.
Clare now takes this cutting edge expertise and experience into her organisation, Clare Norman Coaching Associates. Where she help passionate people to live their best story in times of change and in times of stability.
