Andy Hair: I am a Physical Education and Physical Literacy Coach based in Geelong, Australia. My goals in life are to see students excel and achieve their dream and be able to be confident to enjoy everything they do. My PE moto is DREAM, BELIEVE, ACHIEVE. Outside of the Gym I live a very active life. I am passionate about Ironman Triathlons pushing myself to my own personal goals each day of the week. I feel it is great to have role models and people to look up to. I am determined to create an environment and culture for students that is diverse and challenging. With prediction comes comfortability. With uncertainty comes risk taking and growth. My direction in education is to leave a legacy for students and teachers than is considered unique and inspiring. Students deserve to be challenged each and every time they are involved in Physical Activity. In recent times I founded the Aussie PhysEd Network linking 100s of Physical Education Teachers through conversations and individual pursuits across Australia. As a result we have seen an increase in academic performance by these teachers searching for best practise models and in turn many have become influential leaders to others through out network.
