Bar Diaries with Jason Littrell

BarDiaries is a weekly podcast for bar and restaurant owners who are building something real.

Host Jason Littrell, a 20-year hospitality veteran, sits down with independent operators across the United States to hear their stories - how they got started, what makes their spot unique, the challenges of running their business, and the lessons they've learned along the way.

This isn't a food review show. It's a business podcast for operators, by operators. Whether you're running your own spot, thinking about opening one, or just want to hear from people in the trenches, BarDiaries gives you the real talk about what it takes to succeed as an independent operator.
