Not to let a good pandemic go to waste, Eli Servance is the founder of Distill3dNChilled, born from MA restlessness at home, and a long history of bartending in NYC.  Distill3dNChilled was born out of both this love of cocktails, and identifying the needs of New Yorkers longing for a bit of normalcy due to all of the rapid changes after COVID-19 hit the city. This gives him the chance to see friendly faces from a socially safe distance and to make something he deeply loves: craft cocktails.

This creative idea aimed to deliver that feeling to you by way of meticulously crafted cocktails. They plan to launch a virtual bar experience that customers can join as well as other initiatives that bring the happy hour experience at home. Get inspired by Eli’s story.

How I get things done:

This podcast is recorded on a Blue Yeti Microphone with an ASUS Zenbook Road Rig: iRig Lavaliers and my one plus Android Smartphone with a Powered USB-C Hub and a Bluetooth Keyboard.

SocialBee - My social media automation and syndication software

Appsumo - Where I get all my amazing, cheap software for a lifetime.

Canva - Graphics for all of my memes, flyers, posts, logos, pitches, etc. Fiverr - I hire a number of freelancers from Fiverr to handle things from web tasks, to show notes, to research

projects, to data entry. Outsourcing baby!

NameCheap.com - Whenever I have an idea for a business, one of the first things I do is set

up the domain name!

Hostwinds - This is my web host. This is vital to hosting your website. Having

been through AWS and Hostgator, this is the move!

Bar Diaries with Jason Littrell

BarDiaries is a weekly podcast for bar and restaurant owners who are building something real.

Host Jason Littrell, a 20-year hospitality veteran, sits down with independent operators across the United States to hear their stories - how they got started, what makes their spot unique, the challenges of running their business, and the lessons they've learned along the way.

This isn't a food review show. It's a business podcast for operators, by operators. Whether you're running your own spot, thinking about opening one, or just want to hear from people in the trenches, BarDiaries gives you the real talk about what it takes to succeed as an independent operator.

New episodes drop every other week. Subscribe and join the conversation at lab.jlittrell.com
