At MasterCaster, we are helping podcast newbies to move from zero to podcast hero. As part of our learning and coaching activities, we have established the L-Plate Podcast to give our new podcasters a platform they can use to publish their practice episodes.

Please understand that the people who are creating these podcast episodes are taking their first steps and are probably going to be a little scratchy. There'll be mistakes. There'll be dead-air. There'll be bad editing.

But there will be learning and development and that's what MasterCaster is all about.
