I must admit, I get a bit fired up during this conversation:

"It's happening whether you like it or not. Your brand is out there, your reputation is being built. Why wouldn't you want to influence that in a positive way? I don't understand why you wouldn't want to do that if you are running a business, if you're a leader. And even if you're an employee who's on the rise, you know, and you've got aspirations and ambition ... that's when you want to be getting into these things, and, understanding how you can develop that reputation and build strategic visibility. It's not about being everywhere. It's being in the right channels, in front of the right audience, with the right message and story."
