Meet the Hosts
Ben Kalkman is the founder of several businesses including Rocket Media, a marketing agency, and Rocket SPACE, an event venue, meeting space, and podcast recording studio. Creating solutions to solve problems is a key ingredient in what drives Ben’s professional inspirations. Ben lives by a simple purpose, to lead, by living a balanced and focused life, and caring enough to make a significant difference in all that I do.
Ben is a graduate of Kansas State University with a BFA degree in graphic design and communication arts. He is a graduate of the Gilbert Leadership program (Class 25), currently serves on the board for Gilbert Parks & Recreation, and is part of several podcast shows including, Guiding Growth, Shorts-N-Suits, and Rocket Media Blogcast.
Ben lives in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife and nine children.
JW is a husband to Tiffany and dad to Michayla Jo, Chase, SJ, and Montana.
He is also a business owner, Financial Advisor, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and board leader. In these roles JW has had the opportunity to effectively coach clients by helping them discover, acknowledge, and embrace their deepest drivers of success; in other words, their strengths. He is often referred to as authentic, growth-oriented, and values-based.
JW is the founder and president of both Rayhons Financial and Joshua Development. It has been his life’s work to help others both embrace their current place in time and to proactively plan for their future happiness. Experience has confirmed that JW’s coaching and career expertise lends itself well to business owners, executives, professionals, community leaders, and other individuals looking for guidance and training in their pursuit of values and a strengths-based approach to their well-being.

JW has been honored with several awards including Gilbert’s 2015 Business Man of the Year, Gilbert’s 2016 Volunteer of the Year, Gilbert’s 2019 Spirit of Business, & AZ Business Leaders 2020 Wealth Management awards. Gilbert, Arizona is a community with over 260,000 residents. He has served as Chairman of the Board for three organizations and has enjoyed coaching basketball for over 400 young athletes.
