Brian Hamrick is the owner and founder of Hamrick Investment Group with over $75 Million in assets under management. Brian has bought and sold over 450 residential units and currently controls 370 doors in Grand Rapids/Wyoming, Michigan with an additional 120 units scheduled to be completed in 2024. He’s also raised over $18 Million from high-net-worth investors through syndications.
In addition, Brian controls 175,000 sq. ft. of self-storage, a boutique hotel in downtown Muskegon, Michigan, and several vacation rental resorts.
For the past seven years Brian has hosted the popular “Rental Property Owner & Real Estate Investor Podcast” with over 2 Million listens. He is the past-President of the Rental Property Owners Association and sits on a number of their boards and committees.
