Creativity Embodied, with Cynthia Morris

Joining me this week is coach, writer, artist and yogini Cynthia Morris. An inspiring force of nature, Cynthia helps people make their big dreams a powerful reality.

She is here to remind us that being creative isn’t something we learn to be but rather who we are.

We discuss the power of shifting perspective to keep us sane and how to use it as a tool to get unstuck. We get into how noticing is one of the most underrated tools we have at our disposal and how you can apply it in your own life.

We get into our shared love of intuition and the ways it can guide you to places you wouldn’t expect.

One of my favorite examples of embodying a successful, no nonsense adult and playful, childlike, creative spirit, it should be no surprise that Cynthia’s work is teaching and supporting others to blend those two things.

What we further explore in this conversation

  • What it means to dedicate yourself to your creative practices
  • How to honor our daily creative acts such as cooking, parenting, gardening etc
  • How to overcome creative stagnation
  • And more
