Juanika Ballard, a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She is passionate about educating, encouraging, and supporting our youth.

Over the course of several decades, Ballard has dedicated herself to giving back to her community in diverse and impactful ways. Her unwavering commitment to cultivating and uplifting youth has been a driving force in her life. Her experiences included teaching fourth-grade summer school, coaching basketball in Baltimore City Public Schools’ and serving as a counselor in a program sponsored by Johns Hopkins School of Mental Health, designed to support children with emotional and mental disorders.

Today, Juanika remains passionate about mentoring youth and young adults, as well as coaching youth basketball. Her belief in being the catalyst for positive change in her community is the guiding principle by which she lives. She purposefully strives to make a profound impact on the lives of the youth she encounters.

As the proud CEO and Visionary of I AM INTEGRITY. A federally recognized nonprofit organization developed to save our youth. It is designed to Educate, Motivate, and Inspire youth to show up as their best selves. I AM INTEGRITY highlights Integrity, Accountability, Self-Control, and Positive Self Talk as pivotal principles of the organization.
