Carly is a strength and nutrition coach, dog mom, avid skier, amateur baker, and constantly evolving human. Her certifications include NASM CPT, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and the Health Mindset Coaching Certification. As a coach, she’s most passionate about helping people find the version of fitness that they’re excited to incorporate into their lives. Carly works full-time as a strength and conditioning coach in the South Bay of San Francisco and this year, she launched an online coaching company called Moxie Barbell. Moxie Barbell exists to help you strive towards the healthiest version of yourself and build habits that excite you, help you grow, and reach your goals. Her coaching style focuses on building confidence in the gym, establishing non-restrictive nutrition habits, and building a growth mindset to help clients push past obstacles.
