Mentors are extremely important, find a mentor that inspires you and you look up to. The one thing business owners can always do more of is to find every opportunity to talk to customers and potential customers. If you are a founder and a business owner, you have to believe in what you are doing. You also have to be focused and have control with your time.

Mistakes to Avoid

It is important for co-founders to be able to talk to each other and really determine whether they can make decisions together even when disagreeing. It also helps to have some sort of agreement beforehand. Business owners must be diligent in their cash management. A lot of business owners waste their time on hiring and firing. However, it is also not wise to hire someone too quickly.
