But after her first book, Gifted By Grief, she founded Before I Go Solutions®, a social enterprise that offers training in End of Life Plan Facilitation, helping others to plan well & find relief, reassurance, and peace of mind. Her second book Before I Go: The Essential Guide to Creating a Good End of Life Plan introduces the importance of this idea for business owners and how to avoid the damaging effect of death or bereavement on employees and the company.
