Ian is an author, speaker, and business advisor. Through mindfulness, systems thinking, and human-centered design theory, he supports the growth of individuals and organizations. As a business advisor, he fosters healthy cultures through process optimization, wellness integration, and environmental restoration. He has a Master’s in Public Affairs (MPA) with an emphasis in Leadership Strategy and Organizational Culture from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School, and he works primarily with mission-driven organizations on the front lines of social and environmental justice to help them generate systemic change for the common good.
