About Kelly Majdan

Kelly is a best-selling author, speaker, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), who helps people strategically utilize their finite resources to design a life of wellness and longevity. In their mid-40s, Kelly and her husband discovered the world of obstacle course races while he was recovering from brain surgery. Together they have set out to defy the aging clock and other health issues that seek to stop them from playing in the mud.

Kelly’s mission is to help other midlifers make a plan for their wellness and encourage them to overcome their obstacles so they too can continue to do the things they enjoy no matter what age they are. After twenty-five years in the financial services industry, she left to start her Wellness Advising business Power Through Wellness where she helps people develop a wellness strategy that optimizes their time, money, and resources so they can achieve the healthy life they desire without breaking the bank.
