Constructing and Tending Tree Portals, with Amy Wilson

When Amy Wilson started dancing in a local park to shake off the energetic dust during the pandemic, she never imagined it would lead to a powerful new relationship with trees, me and women the world over.

In this week‘s episode, we veer from the usual interview and instead welcome you into the conversation she and I have been having together, behind the scenes.

Amy and I met a couple years back in an online artist community. A multidisciplinary designer and artist, she creates for determined dreamers and makes art for the brave and breathing. Acorn is her creative studio.

For months now, we have met weekly to talk about the metaphysical, mystical and spiritual ideas we are exploring in our lives. 

We quickly realized that we both have a meaningful daily practice involving trees.

Which led us to portals, and then to constructing tree portals, sharing the lessons we were learning with one another, weaving our rituals together from a distance and including women all over the world to do the same.
