Curious about how to navigate the ups and downs of being a fellow creative soul in midlife and land in more joy?

Susannah Conway is a London based writer, teacher, and photographer who started out in journalism. Following the loss of her partner, she began blogging in 2006 and rediscovered her creativity and a path forward to heal.

She taught an evening class on personal development through photography, which was so transformative, she then launched it as her first online course, Unraveling, in 2009.

Despite thinking it was a fluke, she has continued to teach online and is a beloved mentor to thousands of women, including me through her love letters, online courses-I’ve taken a bunch-and her writing. Her annual Unraveling The Year Workbook is a must have free resource.

This convo feels like two old friends catching up at the kitchen table over a cup of tea.

Join us as we explore:

  • How connecting with your inner child can boost creativity and joy.
  • Constructive ways to live with ADHD, self kindness and productivity.
  • How to heal our relationships to our bodies, minds and spirits as we age.
  • Why sharing your knowledge is vital for your growth.
  • How to shift controlling perceptions, work with our fear of not belonging and care well for ourselves.
  • Why she encourages her audience to take the time to get to know their inner child and unravel layers of trauma
